Most projects go through a sequence of four major steps: Research and Planning, Concept/Design Development, Content Creation and Production, and Final Delivery/Support. Each project is unique, and we adapt our process to meet the specific needs and parameters of each situation.

Some projects are quick hits, while others can span months or even years. We’ve found that an entire project can be focused within a single step of our typical process (e.g. a Concept Development project or a Support project), but more often than not, a project for us goes through a few of these steps and involves a set of different services.

The bottom line is that there is no standard project for us and there is no template for our work. We take pride in being good listeners and responsive helpers. We recognize and embrace the fact that projects shift in scope and parameters change over time. This is our reality – the basics of our work.
